Thomas S. White III
PresidentMr. White received his bachelor’s degree from Miami (Ohio) University in 1997, where he studied business administration, finance and speech communication. While at Miami, Tom played 4 years of NCAA Division I ice hockey, and captained the team that went to the NCAA tournament final 8 in 1997. Prior to Miami, Tom was captain of the United States National team, and was a finalist for the Dial award, which represents the top student/athlete in the country. As a National Hockey League 7th round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks, Tom began a short stint in minor league professional hockey, and later as a NHLPA certified sports agent to represent professional ice hockey players. Ultimately, he chose instead to focus his talents on protecting the financial futures of those individuals. Joining Northwestern Mutual in the spring of 2003, by December of that year, Tom had already qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table, a top 5% status of industry quality and standards. By 2006, Tom had achieved the elite forum status, a group of the top 300 agents at NMFN. Later, he joined New York Life in 2010, continuing his success and qualifying for Court of the table, MDRT, an award that acknowledges the top 2% in the industry. In the fall of 2013, after completing 11 successful years in the career agency system, Tom chose to become independent and is currently the President and founder of TW3 Group. In doing so, he also became an exclusive owner of Lion Street Advisors, a boutique firm based in Austin, Texas. Tom specializes in providing insurance and investment planning for successful individuals, families, and business owners. His mission is to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with his clients and secure their financial goals and objectives, while at the same time, maintaining consistent and exceptional service with a personal touch. Tom is currently a member of MDRT, NAIFA, and the Chicago Blackhawks Alumni association. AssistantMs. Sullivan has been a professional in the industry since 1996. Working at Northwestern Mutual and New York Life, Kerry has been assisting Mr. White since he began his career in 2003. As Director of Operations for TW3 Group, Kerry’s main goal is to help guide clients through the underwriting process, service any policy owner needs, as well as oversee the day-to-day activities of the Company. While servicing our clients for over the last 12 years, Kerry also organizes and completes annual client reviews. Dan Stanley serves as Chief Underwriter for TW3. He has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.Prior to working with independent producers, Dan was a Senior Underwriter at ING and CNA. As the former Vice President of Underwriting at Ash Brokerage and Partners Financial, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge that allows him to strategically package cases and negotiate insurance rates. Dan has been a featured speaker at industry meetings, has served on the advisory board for several insurance companies, and has been published in Life Selling and Life Health Pro.
Amy Blanchard, Underwriting Coordinator
In the insurance industry since 2005, Amy focuses on providing exemplary case management in the underwriting and new business arenas. She provides full-service support in the sale of life insurance and related products. Drawing on her prior experience as a Client Advocate, Amy is able to anticipate the needs of producers and clients, thereby enhancing the new business process.Amy holds a B.S. degree in communication studies from the University of Texas, where she minored in business foundations. Her credentials also include the Group 1 Life and Health License.
Carina Enriquez, Underwriting Case Manager
Carina has extensive experience in the life insurance case management as a result of having worked in a brokerage general agency firm. Her knowledge covers a diversity of carriers and unique underwriting challenges. She assists throughout the new business, underwriting, and inforce customer service processes. Her keen eye for detail and attentiveness to client needs makes her an invaluable member of the TW3 Team.
Karen Pringle, Client Advocate
Karen is known for providing first-rate service to all clients, a skill she has honed over a span of seven years. As a Client Advocate, she acts as a liaison for clients and the insurance companies. Karen is responsible for handling administrative policy changes, in-force policy values and troubleshooting. Additionally, Karen assists the Case Management department with records requests from physicians and vendors.
Bill Angelo, Estate Planning Attorney
William V. Angelo, M.A., J.D. has a broad base of experience in confronting important issues in estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax. Bill received his undergraduate degree and his Master=s Degree from Loyola University, of Chicago. Bill then received his law degree from DePaul University. He was employed by the Internal Revenue Service for 8 years, holding positions in both the technical and managerial level. Bill left the IRS for private law practice in 1984 and began to concentrate his practice in the area of estate planning and IRS matters. He is a partner in the law firm of Denkewalter & Angelo, with offices throughout the Chicagoland area. Bill lectures extensively on such matters as wills, trusts, estate planning, business planning, buy-sell agreements and many other areas with clients located throughout the country. Bill is also an instructor for the American College CLU programs as well as a consultant and lecturer for several insurance and financial service companies.
